A fiendishly elusive affair at the top of one of the city’s two unusual-shaped skyscrapers, once you’ve managed to find the place you’ll be delighted to discover that the views are spectacular. The menu of decent food’s worth checking out, and the cocktails are good, but the main reason for coming, which should be done if possible around sunset on a day without clouds, is the panorama that talkes in the sea, the docks and the city below.
