On Sun, Mar 17, Antoinette Morgan, Nicci Noble, and Sarah Welham will host a walking tour through Westpark Cemetery, a Joburg landmark that is rich in history and cultural significance. Dating back to 1942, the cemetery is a treasure trove of lineages and generations and holds stories that offer a glimpse into the city's past. Come learn about the mysteries, legacies, and memories that are captured on the grounds on this two-hour walking tour. Proceeds of the tour will be donated to the Friends of the Johannesburg Cemeteries, an organisation that undertakes the important job of researching, exploring, and restoring Johannesburg’s historic cemeteries.
