Kimberley-born photographer and creative maestro Trevor Stuurman is the founder of The Manor, a community of multidisciplinary creatives. The Manor is positioned as a "home for Africa's greatest stories". Speaking to us when he launched the platform, Stuurman said, "It's literally our time as Africans. This means time to tell our own stories in our mother tongues and at our time. Historically this has never happened." Through various creative endeavors including publications, collaborative projects, and exhibitions, this is the philosophy that guides all The Manor does. 

Now, after their successful REKAOFELA pop-up with Kasi Flavour10, The Manor's flagship project space is an exciting new addition at 44 Stanley, home to a revolving, collaborative offering of photography, fashion, and design that embodies the brand's ethos of luxury, African art, and local storytelling.
