The Cookery by The Secret Jozi Chef is a fun cooking school offering themed lessons to groups. Past classes include a Turkish-themed evening and a Greek evening preparing 15 classic dishes from souvlaki chicken to galaktoboureko (custard tart). The Cookery kitchen is located at The Woods Shopping Centre in Craighall, and classes run for about 4 hours.
