This Heritage Day, local tour company Honest Travel Experiences presents a unique food-focused tour of pan-African Yeoville, taking in the neighbourhood's incredible culinary diversity. There are two tour options to choose from. The morning experience starts at the historic Windybrow building in Hillbrow (now an art centre) from where you will depart on a guided walk through this infamous neighbourhood on the way to nearby Yeoville where a delicious lunch awaits. The afternoon experience also starts at the Windybrow and includes visits to five different restaurants serving traditional Ethiopian, South African, Nigerian, Congolese and Cameroonian cuisine. 

The morning experience runs from 10:00 to 13:00 (tickets R150, kids R100). The afternoon experience runs from 15:30 to 20:00 and costs from R350. Tickets include all transport and food.
