Roots offers a killer Saturday brunch, Sunday lunch and food and wine pairing. This is fine dining that won’t break the bank. You won’t get a city skyline view, but you will marvel at the sheer mass of land around you and you may even be lucky enough to spot some game from the comfort of your table. They only do set menus (five or six courses, wine pairings are optional), but can accommodate most dietary requirements and booking is essential.
