The inner city’s monthly party Dorkay Rooftop Soul Sessions brings together emerging artists, DJs and musicians for a chilled soul jam session hosted on the rooftop of the landmark One Eloff building.

The line up at this month's edition includes Themba Lunacy, DJ Mayibuye and headline act Samthing Soweto, one of South Africa's hottest young vocalists. Samkelo Lelethu Mdolomba, aka Samthing Soweto, started his career as one of the founding members of the award-winning South African a capella band The Soil. In 2016 he launched his own solo career quickly garnering much praise for his unique genre-bending mix of Marabi, neo-jazz, New Wave and alternative sounds.
