Every Sunday morning, starting from 08:00, you can get your morning workout in without having to go to the gym by heading to the Melville Koppies. Explore the flora, fauna, ecology, archaeology, and history of this impressive nature reserve on a guided tour (R100 per person) with The Friends of Melville Koppies, guide yourself along the heritage trail, or take on the 5km hike. 

If you're a poetry lover or just want to do something different, end off your morning hike with poetry in the beautiful surroundings of the Koppies with Rabbie Wrote at the lecture hut every second Sunday of the month at 10:00 from March.
