With chef Corvin Pietersen at the helm, the kitchen is serving up wood-fired sourdough pizza which goes down perfectly with their offering of cocktails and wine sourced from smaller, boutique wineries. The idea is to add a selection of small, sharable plates to the seasonal menu that changes every three months.
Musically, it's a space where anyone is welcome. If you have your own vinyl collection, head through on Thursdays for their open decks nights while resident selectors (because people who collect vinyl don't necessarily play for big crowds or claim the title of DJ) will keep the crowds entertained on Fridays and Saturdays are reserved for secret selectors. A new addition to the round up of weekly events is their Sunday record store takeovers where record stores will be invited to showcase some of their latest catalogues.
