This Mother's Day treat Mum to a top-class gourmet buffet lunch here with all the works.  Start out with freshly shucked oysters from the oyster station, best enjoyed with a glass of bubbly, before taking a bite from the bounteous brunch table piled high with moreish local farmhouse cheeses, cold meats and freshly baked bread. Then there’s the  enticing seasonal salad selection and an egg station serving up the most luxuriously flavoured eggs (that little sprinkle of fresh truffle makes all the difference) made ever which way from poached and served on fresh brioche with black forest ham to as omelettes made with smoked trout crème fraiche and wasabi peas.
