Cape Town dream noise duo Medicine Boy come to Maboneng's independent cinema The Bioscope for the launch of their debut album <em>Kinda Like Electricity</em>.<br /> <br /> Experience the unusual intimacy of a concert held in a cinema theatre with all-encompassing acoustics and a performance accompanied by visuals created by visual artist Lucy Hazard. The visuals are inspired by the hidden stories and sounds of the duo’s music, pairing beautifully with Medicine Boy’s wistful melancholic sound.<br /> <br /> The group have said of their sound that "there is something about the invisibility, necessity and unpredictability of electricity that runs through it all - the creative and destructive force of it and the inability to capture or control it.
