On Sun, May 4, 2025, The Hangout at The Troyeville turns up the heat with a Cinco de Mayo celebration like no other.

Get ready for face painting, tequila specials, and the fiery rhythms of El Cantante – a Latin roots acoustic trio led by Cito of SA rock band WONDERboom fame. With a Nuyorican vocalist, a surf rock guitarist, and a world music percussionist, this is a tribute to Spanish classics with serious sabor. It’s the perfect Sunday fiesta to spice up your long weekend plans.

For this show, doors open at 13:00 and performances start at 15:00. This allows you plenty of time to enjoy the full bar and food menu from the wonderful restaurant at The Troyeville before and during the show. 

Note: Security personnel are stationed at The Troyeville's front and back entrances. Safe parking is available on Wilhelmina Street, located at the rear of the hotel. The front entrance is perfect for Uber, Bolt, and taxi drop-offs and collections.
