For those who simply want to cook better at home, the school offers a 4-week programme on Fundamental Cooking. Each class covers a culinary skill (like stocks and sauces) and incorporates a dish to showcase those skills – for stocks and sauces you’ll make an ostrich fillet with sweet potato puree, pea puree, glazed baby carrots and charred broccoli.
