The JHB Culinary & Pastry School offers full-time and part-time courses as well as national accredited courses and in-house short courses. Their full time courses include culinary arts, patisserie, hospitality, and culinary management.

For those who simply want to cook better at home, the school offers a 4-week programme on Fundamental Cooking. Each class covers a culinary skill (like stocks and sauces) and incorporates a dish to showcase those skills – for stocks and sauces you’ll make an ostrich fillet with sweet potato puree, pea puree, glazed baby carrots and charred broccoli.
