HTA School of Culinary Art was founded in 1995 by Chef Stephen Billingham and has since become one of the leading culinary schools in South Africa. The school offers a range of courses in culinary arts, pastry and bakery and hospitality management. HTA School of Culinary Art trains students to work in any and all types of kitchens while attempting to stay ahead of global culinary trends.
