For this workshop Ché will be taking you on an advanced interactive demo looking not only of sauerkraut and kimchi, but also fermented tomato sauce, salsa, hot sauce, mustard, dill pickles, carrots & onions. And you thought you could (or someone else could) only ferment cabbage! Learn about starters, techniques, equipment and fermentation time.
