The bling-filled Diamond Walk is the place to find global luxury household names like Dolce & Gabbana, Gucci, Alexander McQueen, Giorgio Armani, Jimmy Choo, Louis Vuitton, Cartier and a host of other luxury brands.

Think of this section of the Sandton City mall as Joburg's version of the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele in Milan. While many Joburgers come simply to gaze at the colourful window displays, when certain fashion labels 'drop' their latest collections, don't be surprised to long queues outside as local devotees wait in line to get their hands on the latest designs.

At the end of the Diamond Walk arcade is the entrance to the Sandton Sun hotel, where the San Deck rooftop bar is the ideal place to toast your latest designer purchases with a glass of Champagne.
