A car rally with a difference, the annual Concours d’Elegance is a glitzy showcase of classic vintage cars hosted at the exclusive Steyn City. On show this year are the likes of a late 1950s Alfa Romeo Giulietta Sprint, an early 1960s Fiat V8 Vignale, an Alfa Romeo 6C 2500 Sport Freccia d’Oro as well as cars from Steyn City founder Douw Steyn’s private collection including his 1930 Rolls Royce and the 'Douwmobile', a 2010 custom-designed Rolls Royce. Vintage and collectable automobile enthusiasts will also be entering their vehicles (dating from no later than 1995) into a classic car competition with three categories – pre-war, vintage and modern - judged on rarity, presentation and originality.

In addition to the classic car showcase at this year's event for the first time there is also an International Classic Car Auction which includes 50 cars from Afcho housing company founder and classic car enthusiast Wayne Plit's collection including an exquisite 1964 Lancia Flavia Coup.
