Traditional recipes take on a fun twist at the Radisson Blu Gautrain Hotel’s Christmas Buffet in Sandton. The festive buffet menu includes favourites like glazed gammon served with apple sauce, and slow oven-roasted turkey with cranberry sauce. Savoury vegetarian options like grilled zucchini batons au gratin are also on the menu. Alongside Christmas favourites there's also a fantastic curry selection featuring Cape Malay-style chicken curry and lamb rogan josh served with basmati rice and poppadum. For dessert, tuck into koeksister croquembouche, port-flavoured berry and poached peach trifle and of course the classic milk tart.
