This year’s Bubbles & Treats experience, under the guidance of acclaimed Pâtissier Jared Melamed (of La Tarte) offers a tantalising blend of sweet and savoury delights. Known for his innovative take on South African flavours, Chef Katlego Mlambo takes charge of the savoury side of the menu. He seamlessly infuses his heritage into each bite, from the smoked trout bagel to the indulgent caprese brioche and chicken potato dhaltjie.
You can expect a glass of Rosé Methode Cap Classique – a perfect complement to these delectable treats. For those looking for a more traditional accompaniment, seven unusual loose leaf teas, including flavours such as Sakura Butterfly Geen and Blue Dragon Phoenix Pearls, are available.
