Mimi Jardim started developing recipes for Nando’s in 1992, and holds the secrets to many of their delicious marinades and sauces. Jardim's new cookbook <em>My Portuguese Feast</em> is jam-packed with nostalgia and delicious Portuguese recipes for everything from the best prego, to weekend feasts like prawn rissoles and special desserts like 'chocolate salami'. Inspired by Jardim’s travels around the world <em>My Portuguese Feast </em>is a culinary adventure that promises plenty of unique and moreish dishes from Portugal and beyond including the best Argentine steak and Mozambican chicken curry.<br />
