Award-winning jazz bassist and composer Benjamin Jephta presents Benjamin Jephta Elekrik, the next step in the young musicians exciting musical journey. The 2017 Standard Bank Young Artist for Jazz winner brings with him to this concert at Joburg's leading jazz club The Orbit, an eclectic jazz repertoire that mixes and melds a variety of influences and genres, deftly travelling from South African jazz to electronic, hip hop, rock and the American Songbook.

Benjamin Jephta is joined on stage at this concert by local musicians Bokani Dyer, Marlon Witbooi and Marcus Wyatt and the gig is followed by an Orbit Vinyl Session led by all-vinyl DJ Jun (entrance to Vinyl Sessions costs R50 if you haven't been to the gig beforehand).
