It's a bit of a hunt to find this store, here's how to navigate: Take the corridor to the right of Hamleys at The Zone @ Rosebank and walk past the City Sightseeing ticketing office all the way to the end. In the far right-hand corner, you'll spot Asetos. It's a relatively small space that makes up for it in the variety of services offered, with friendly staff.
Asetos offers free diagnostics so you don't have to commit to anything before you know what the issue is.
