A streetwise fusion of fashion, food and music with a focus on contemporary African style and culture, which takes place in one of the city's most important heritage landmarks - the Old Fort at Constitution Hill. This monthly market is an interactive space with wine tastings, fashion styling, hair braiding, live music performances and other entertainment all part of the fun. Visitors to the market can also get discounted rates on the various themed tours of Constitution Hill, such as the Walk with Madiba tour and the Time Travel tour.<br /> <br /> Look out for mouthwatering food from local food stands such as the fabulous Kitoko Kitchen who specialise in Congolese and Zambian food such as fried tilapia fish marinated in garlic, ginger and kitoko spices served with a pepper and okra relish, <em>kalembula</em> (sweet potato leaves and wild eggplant) and <em>chibwabwa</em> (pumpkin leaves with groundnuts).<br /> <br /> Takes place on the last Saturday of every month from 10:00.
