The Internet is increasingly changing the way information is shared, and not having access to the Internet serves as commentary on social and class status. Using painting as her primary medium Busuttil reflects on society's growing economic inequalities in conjunction with the phenomenon of information abundance. Her work is concerned with the politics of power and through her art she directly questions the contentious legacy of British colonial action in Africa – an issue highlighted recently by the emergence of the #RhodesMustFall movement. The installation includes her traditional painting forms as well as a performance video which is a new experimental medium for the artist. <br />
