Arguably the coolest bar in Herceg Novi (or anywhere else for that matter), this is the place to head for a taste of an alternative scene. The name, which means 'the Room' in Montenegrin, is a bit ironic given that the party spills outside onto the terrace and stairs during the warmer months of the year, but the interior is a stripped down industrial chic gem of a venue and our personal favourite spot in town. While they're not too diligent about keeping their Facebook events page up to date, you can expect a party more often then not, with an eclectic mix of DJs, Latin jazz bands, afro beats and more.
