A fixture on the Herceg Novi waterfront since it opened way back in 1994, the folks who run Lobelia pride themselves on and credit their longevity to their relaxed, cheerful atmosphere and professional staff. Of course the fact that they've got their own sandy beach probably doesn't hurt them in the popularity department, nor their extensive menu covering everything from pizzas and pastas to seafood and local grilled dishes. After the sun sets the place shifts decidedly into party mode, with frequent live bands rocking a packed house late into the night.
