TAK, as it is commonly identified, is another Hanover institution to be found in the Linden district. The famous and sometimes infamous have performed here for ages. Comedy and cabaret acts usually require an acute knowledge of the German language and politics, but call ahead for more on English-language events. Look for the Kabarettfestival in early September.
