We're usually not big fans of dining at hotel restaurants, but we gladly made an exception for Noderstraun. In addition to its picture perfect location at the foot of the Wadden Sea dunes, it also provides a great mix of generous seafood platters and Mediterranean cuisine in posh surroundings. Be sure to save some space for the heavenly chocolate dream dessert, which fully lives up to its name.
