The residence in Rogalin is one of the major Polish residences erected in the 18th century. It owes its fame to the picturesque location, eventful history, intriguing architecture, and magnificent art collection. Aside its beautifully-restored interior and the garden grounds, inside you will find the Edward A. Raczynski painting gallery, that contains colllections of Polish and European paintings from the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries - Jacek Malczewski, French symbolists works of art, and the famous Joan d’Arc by Jan Matejko, The right wing of the Palace includes the London study of Edward B. Raczynski, President of Republic of Poland in Exile and the creator of the Raczynski Family Foundation (active at the National Museum in Poznan).
