Originally opened in 2012 in New South Wales as food emporium for fine Italian meats and cheeses, in just a few short years the SMC team has built a mini culinary empire stretching across the country, including a Gold Coast location in Surfers Paradise. The menu boasts a wide selection of pretty much everything you'd find walking into an Italian delicatessen, as well as fresh pastas, salads and of course their famous wood-fired pizzas.
