Bright, clean and run by a genuinely warm and welcoming Vietnamese family, we randomly stopped here for a late bite one night just a few days after they opened, and have been regular customers ever since. In fact, Pho Vi Long is one of our favourite spots to eat in Southport, which is no easy feat given how many great dining options there are in the neighbourhood. The menu is comprised of a dozen different pho options, a handful of noodle and rice options if you're not in the mood for soup, as well as some meal-sized banh mi sandwiches and a rotating selection of daily specials. In short, it definitely lives up to its name, which roughly translates to 'pho with heart' in English.
