The Mother's Day Classic is a national walk/run that raises money for breast cancer research.

The 2017 event will take place on Sunday 14 May in all capital cities and several regional locations across Australia.

The first Mother's Day Classic was held in Melbourne and Sydney and drew 3,000 participants. Since then it has grown to over 135,000 participants across Australia - from Weipa to the Gold Coast, Darwin, Parramatta, Geelong, Hobart, Adelaide and Karratha.

Breast cancer strikes one in eight Australian women. The Mother's Day Classic provides you with an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of those women. Since 1998, the Mother's Day Classic has raised more than $24.3 million for the National Breast Cancer Foundation's research programs.
The Mother's Day Classic is organised by Women in Super, a national network of women in the superannuation and finance industries, and is proudly supported by ME.
