Part of the Justin Lane operation, which also includes a deservedly popular pizzeria and pasta bar on the same premises, Justin’s Rooftop was, at the time of writing, Burleigh’s first and only rooftop bar, although we can’t see a good idea like this one not being imitated before long. Misting systems for the summer and heaters for the winter mean it’s always comfortable outside, and there are views of the beach to soak in while you enjoy a quality beer, cider, cocktail or wine. We like to come here for the sunset, or to laze away a Sunday afternoon with friends old and new. As you’d expect from Justin Lane, the food menu is outstanding, and worth a trip alone.
