Oddly located above a record store at the top of Byres Road but don’t let that put you off. Au contraire mes amis. The space has been transformed into a calm, low-lit haven of dark wood panelling and red furnishings. This is classic French cuisine with helpful and attentive staff.  Mains include wood pigeon, wild duck and a hearty Bouillabaisse. The hot cherry souffle , a triumph. The wine list, impressive but pricey.
