This charming early 19th-century arcade is the perfect place if you are in search for that all-important engagement ring or for that matter any other piece of jewellery for your love one. Built in 1827 in the Parisian style, it is one of Europe’s oldest covered shopping arcades, and Scotland's first ever indoor shopping mall, linking Buchanan Street with Argyle Street.
Little altered it is a fine example of early Victorian architecture and an Aladdin’s Cave of jewellers. .
