The Irish Tourist Assistance Service, ITAS is a free service run by volunteers who speak a variety of languages and assists tourists who become victims of crime while in Ireland.

ITAS offers support and practical assistance, such as mediation and liaison with embassies, travel companies and financial institutions. In emergency situations transport, accommodation and meals can be arranged.

You should report the crime at a Garda Station (police Station) and they will contact ITAS.
