This is the city centre's oldest shopping centre with entrances on Henry St, Parnell St and Moore St. Named after its builders, Irish Life Assurance Corporation, the 80s ediface has undergone a major revamp and is now a bright and modern shopping centre with all outlets - including Roches Stores, Dunnes and H&M - accessible from the ground level. Outside on Moore St. you can get your fresh fruit ‘n veg at the famous market traders' stalls. These true Dubs are very witty and have had the stalls in their families for generations. The centre's Central Library and small chapel up the shhh factor.
