The atmosphere inside this leading restaurant is quite dark and heavy, but the food by contrast is delicate and light. Anyone not accustomed to bärlauch (bear's or wood garlic) should try the eponymous soup, which is the best introduction you can have to the taste. The mains are a little pricey, but well worth it. Some people come here specially for their fantastic desserts.
