We always have this impulse to say the name in a dramatic fashion, but we’ll overlook that for now. Blend. Brews & Bites is our kind of place, a craft beer-heavy bar that does some rather excellent food on the side. The selection of brews is the best in town, with much of Transylvania and the wider region covered. The garden terrace fills up rather quickly during the summer, but there is plenty of space inside as well.
