There is a lot to be said for dining on the beach. While Quilla isn’t exactly on the sands, you won’t get closer to the sea when eating in Cádiz. A small but perfectly formed restaurant next to La Caleta, Quilla offers up exquisite fine dining in a stunning location, with some of the best red tuna dishes in the city (no small statement, trust us). The food is plenty good, but we’re also big fans of stopping by here for a beer or two on a hot summer’s day, or even a refreshing dessert (or three).
