It is pretty hard to find an undiscovered gem these days, and we suppose that any restaurant’s presence in this guide sort of overrides the ‘undiscovered’ part of it all, but that’s just missing the point. El Tio de la Tiza might as well be an undiscovered gem, as you’ll only find yourself among the Gaditano here. The menu is full of classic Cádiz tapas dishes and the atmosphere is all sorts of authentic, marrying great food with a good time like only Cádiz can.
