Located next to the city’s old tobacco factory, El Ajibe offers something different to the rest of the tapas restaurants in Cádiz. Wine by the glass for one, but there is a restrained elegance to this place that goes against the grain for this vibrant part of the world. Be sure to ask for the tapas menu as tourists usually get given the main menu only, which is somewhat more expensive than the tapas selection. If you’re looking for some fine dining, that will tick your box too.
