Let's be straight right from the start: this place is not serving fish and chips as Brits would know it, but in all honesty it's not far off it (the fish at least: the chips are less than impressive). Thick pieces of flaky cod in a crispy batter as good as anything we've had anywhere in Romania. There are battered prawns too. A good shout for lunch (take-away only, although there are a couple of tables inside).
