We'll leave you to decide what symbolism it may have; the Constanta Casino is the main symbol of the city and the most beautiful building in Constanta, however you can see the place only from the outside as the building is currently abandoned. It was built in 20th century in Art-Nouveau style on the shore of the Black Sea.
