‘Gaijin’ is the Japanese word for ‘foreigner’ (there or thereabouts), so it makes an apt moniker for what is arguably the best sushi place in Birmingham. You’ve got to be pretty lucky to get a seat here, there is only a handful of spots after all, so making a reservation for quite miraculous sushi is as much of a ‘no-brainer’ as you’re going to get in Brum.
