Adam’s started out as a humble pop-up in a sandwich shop in 2013, but every passing year revealed another layer of magic that we didn’t know existed. It has grown into arguably Birmingham’s finest restaurant, a contemporary dining experience like no other in this marvellous city. Not exactly rags to riches, but the riches part is definitely true.
