A 12 Michelin stars chef Martin Berasategui has recentlly landed in Bilbao as the new Tayko hotel kitchen responsible. Ola, whose name comes from Martín's mother's surname, Olazabal, is a space with a menu made up of creations that have had great success at the mother house, the tri-star Martin Berasategui restaurant located in Lasarte-Oria. Iconic dishes such as the caramelized milhojas of smoked eel, foie gras, spring onion and green apple, the multicoloured salad of vegetable marrow with seafood, cream of farmhouse lettuce and iodized juice, the kokotxas of cod with cockles to the txakoli for instance.
