Fernando Canales, a local chef with a great background in the Bilbao culinary scene, has recently moved from its previous location into this new space (a 19th century stained glass factory) keeping his Michelin star. It is a gastronomic proposal that represents author kitchen with Basque roots, where product, technology (three-dimensional glasses, 3D printed plates, menus projected on the tablecloth) and innovation are the main pillars of the proposal. You will enjoy the delicious flavours, the place and the experience itself. We strongly recommend you the cold anchovy lasagna in tomato soup and white truffle garlic.
