A modern, vegeterian-focused restaurant (though there are meat dishes, as well), Bibenda offers plates bursting with flavor. The menu changes with the season, meaning that you're always getting exquisite smallish plates (usually more medium-sized) based on locally sourced, seasonal, hyper fresh ingredients. Think oyster mushrooms with dollops of creamy yogurt, spicy sauce and pesto; or gnudi with a fluffy, foamy garlic sauce that really packs a punch. These are flavors you will not find at any other farm-to-table restaurant. Truth be told, this is some of the best food we've had on this continent. 

As they say, they "feed well and pour naturally." Wine and cocktail-lovers will also find an extensive drink list with cocktails (gin-basil, tequila and fruit, and much more) that feature local flavors along with delicious natural wines that are hard to come by at most restaurants. 

This is a place to spend time and leisurely eat some of the tastiest bites you can get in the capital city. Make sure to get there early, though because they don't take reservations. You may be faced with a line outside but trust us, it's worth a quick 10 minute wait. This place is the real deal.
