Located on the 5th floor of the Barceló Hotel, this bar has views of the National Stadium, the Vistula River and the city's iconic bridges. You'll also find a huge terrace at the bar with an outdoor seasonal pool (seriously!) meaning you can cool off as you take in the sights.
